As Executive Director, Steve manages the overall National Resource Center, collaborating with The Bernard Osher Foundation, interfacing with Northwestern University School of Professional Studies colleagues and working closely with the small but mighty NRC staff. His role includes consulting and connecting with OLLI units all across the country to help them continually improve their unique local programs.

As Associate Director, Kari collaborates with OLLIs across the network to provide support, design, and execution of special projects to build out capacity at the national level with focuses on strategic planning and development for the Osher NRC. She provides consultation around managing an OLLI, volunteer engagement, grant management and administration, fundraising and development, and on common issues and opportunities.

As Manager of Operations, Stacey helps guide strategy and priority projects while handling the day-to-day operations and information management of the National Resource Center. Her role includes management of the NRC website, communications, research and data analysis, annual reporting, and logistics for the Osher Institutes National Conference.

As Manager of Adult Learning, Kevin works on instructional design activities for OLLI staff and volunteers. His role includes managing digital learning development, research in the area of older adult lifelong learning, and content resources for webinars and the Osher Institutes National Conferences.
