Keynote Address: Learning through Service: Engaging Lifelong Learners in Volunteerism
Mioshi Moses, Vice President of Volunteer Programs at AARP Foundation, will explore the evolving landscape of volunteerism among older adults, focusing on benefits of service particular to older adults and the best practices for engaging older volunteers. Drawing on years of experience in leading volunteer initiatives at AARP Foundation, Mioshi will discuss how to engage members with volunteer opportunities, and the unique motivations and expectations that shape their involvement. Whether you are an Institute staff or a volunteer leader, this presentation will equip you with the tools to engage volunteers across your OLLI.
