Late Registration Process

The Summer Session registration period is April 8, 2024 through June 16, 2024. Classes and Late Registration begin June 17.

Late registrations are accepted, beginning Monday, June 17, until Friday, June 21, at 5:00 pm. Students may register late for courses during the first week of Summer Session, but will incur a $75 late registration fee in addition to the $50 registration fee. We cannot guarantee that all classes will still be open. Late registration does not excuse you from making up any missed course work. Full payment of tuition and fees are due at the time of late registration. *Late enrollment for intensive course sequences may not be approved if too many classes have been missed.

Late Registration Steps

  1. Fill out the 2024 Visiting Student Registration Form.  You will be required to seek instructor approval if the second class meeting has passed for the course that you are seeking to enroll in. If your registration, including tuition deposit, cannot be processed in a timely period, your registration may not be approved.
  2. After the registration form is processed (which may take up to two business days), you will receive an email with instructions on how to login and make your non-refundable tuition deposit, registration fee, and late fee. If your courses are closed, you will be notified by phone or email and may choose an alternate course. Please make sure the contact information on your registration form is current and accurate.
  3. The Office of Student Finance will issue a bill for the balance due. Students will be charged a 2.75% processing fee for all credit card payments on the balance.   4. You are responsible for fulfilling your financial obligations to the University. Students whose University accounts are overdue must pay a late payment fee of $200 and may not be given an academic transcript until all financial obligations are paid in full. The Director of Student Finance may cancel or prevent the registration of a student whose bills are past due.
  5. You are also required to adhere to all summer session registration and change of registration policies. Please be sure to review this information.
