Welcome to the College Bridge Program!
On this page you'll find the five steps to success to secure your space in the program:
Please submit the items below by June 12th.
- Registration
- Activate your Net ID, Email, and Zoom Account
- Complete Program Forms via SchoolDoc
1) Complete Registration Form
1) Complete by the end of orientation
2) College Bridge team will register student the week of May 18th
3) After registration, students will receive an email informing them:
- which course they are registered for
- course information
- now you may proceed to Step # 2 in the Accepted Student page
2) Activate
- Net ID, email, and zoom (all students)
- Wild Card(only on-campus students)
1) Activate your Net ID.
We recommend using the Mozilla Firefox browser when activating your NET ID.
2) Set Up DUO Multi-Factor Authentication
All students must complete an identity verification process in order to set up DUO multi-factor authentication. You cannot access Northwestern systems, such as CAESAR to pay your deposit, without setting up DUO.

- If you have a government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, State ID card, Service ID card, Indigenous Card, Residence Permit) click the Identity Verification for DUO Enrollment Request option (left) to complete the asynchronous identity verification process

- Once verified, Northwestern IT will send you a personalized link to register your personal device
- If you do not have a government issued ID, are an international student, or have issues, with the above form (e.g. passport photo is old) - please schedule a live Zoom ID verification call with NUIT - If you have access to Zoom we may be able to perform a scheduled Live ID verification session. You can select an available time using this bookings link.

You will want to review our requirements for Live ID verification before joining the call to ensure that you have the correct photo IDs available, and are confident your device will meet our connection, camera and lighting requirements.

You will receive an email from our form provider — SchoolDoc — to complete your forms.
Both student and parent/guardian must complete our program forms. Program forms are required to be completed in order to attend. Please do not complete a second registration form, simply check mark that this task is complete.

You can view your course history, grades, unofficial transcripts, and request official transcripts. - On the Student Homepage, click the “Profile” tile and then the “Emergency Contacts” option. We highly encourage on-campus students to add an emergency contact.
- To view your class information: dates, location, times, etc. Remember, books are free and will be delivered to the address provided. On the Student Homepage, click the “Manage Classes” tile. You can also use our online campus map.

- Academic Resources:
- Read & Write Gold-Read &Write Gold is an optional text reading and writing program with numerous beneficial features. Originally developed to assist users with print disabilities, such as visual impairments, dyslexia, ADHD, etc., this program provides a wide array of tools to assist with reading, writing, and Notetaking. One of the most useful tools is the text-to-speech function, which students may use to convert digital text into an audio format.
Read & Write Gold is available for free to all Northwestern students, faculty, and staff. Visit the Northwestern IT site on Read&Write Gold for more information about the software, as well as instructions on how to download it. - The Writing Place-Free online tutoring services are available to CPP students only on Saturdays while enrolled in the program. Permits are required in all lots Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Fees are assessed in parking garages Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Storage of vehicles beyond 48 hours is prohibited. - Visiting Campus
Visitor permits are available for purchase in the Evanston Campus Parking Services Office. See the Visitor Permits page for more information. Pay-on-site parking is available in the North and South Campus Parking Garages (#105 and #211 - see parking map). - How to obtain a parking permit
Permits must be purchased in person at the Parking Services Office. Students must be registered for classes prior to purchasing a parking permit. Students are required to present a valid Wildcard, driver’s license, vehicle registration*, and current housing contract, lease, or other acceptable proof of local address*.
