Storm Warnings

CHICAGO - On February 18, 2019, Northwestern University School of Professional Studies (SPS) hosted an evening panel discussion titled “Storm Warnings: Is the U.S. Government Prepared for all that Disasters Bring?” Panelists William Lester and Greg Kuhn discussed the U.S. Government’s current responses in place when disaster strikes and the need for further work at all levels of government in advance of these events.

The event commenced with a mixer in Wieboldt Hall's ornate lobby where attendees networked with other Northwestern University Master’s in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) faculty, students, and prospective students. The event was hosted in collaboration with the MPPA program.
