Behavioral Economics and Design Science for Public Policy

CHICAGO - On March 21, 2019, Northwestern University School of Professional Studies (SPS) hosted a lunchtime table talk featuring Angela Fontes, the Director of the Behavioral and Economic Analysis and Design-making (BEAD) program at NORC at the University of Chicago and a faculty member in Northwestern's  online public policy & administration master's program. During the table talk, Fontes presented on her current research related to investment decisions, how to incentivize healthy behaviors in children, and how companies can work to be more ethical, honest, and fair.

The lecture was the fifth event in SPS's Lunchtime Table Talk series, a monthly lecture and Q&A series that highlights the interdisciplinary research and conversation occurring at the School of Professional Studies. The lectures are free and open to Northwestern University staff, students, and faculty, as well as the general public.
