Panelists candidly discussed the unique challenges they have encountered as women in a male-dominated field, from overcoming biases to establishing themselves in leadership positions. They also celebrated their successes and provided insights into navigating and thriving in these demanding roles. In addition, the speakers offered their perspectives on the future landscape for women in tech, emphasizing the importance of building supportive environments and advocating for greater representation and inclusion.
