The Northwestern University College Preparation Program (CPP) is looking for help to guide high school students through a summer of learning and fun at Northwestern.
Summer 2026 application will open fall 2025.

Summer Perks
- Earn a competitive hourly rate
- Residential positions will provide free summer housing/room and board
- RAs and TAs work an average 40 hours per week. Hours worked beyond 40 hours will receive overtime; staff members are expected to work holidays
- Work with bright, motivated high school students from around the country and abroad
- Plan exciting events and gain valuable experience
- Please note that, while staff members may be permitted to enroll in an asynchronous, online course they will not be permitted to take an in-person class due to potential scheduling conflicts
