- Understand, articulate, and assess the political debates around regulatory policy and approaches to regulation
- Develop policy solutions to address various regulatory problems using standard regulatory tools and best practices.
- Explore the healthcare laws, regulations, statutes, policy guidance and enforcement initiatives that serve as a framework for healthcare compliance
- Apply appropriate theories of risk management, risk communication, decision management, and crisis management in the life sciences industry to anticipate and avoid risk and hazards, and manage those that arise in a holistic manner
- Learn about the global and domestic regulatory landscape governing regulated industries, particularly in the life sciences
