PROJ_PMI 300-0 : Managing Global Teams: Adaptive Project Management
Description
Leading and managing global teams creates many challenges for project managers. Project teams must develop adaptive ways of working in a virtual setup to work productively from any location by clarifying roles, tasks, and processes, and with well-defined rules of engagement aligned to an organization’s culture and strategy. This 4-week course, designed for project leaders and global teams, will address the challenges associated with distributed/remote teams and provides innovative solutions to minimize project disruptions. Using lectures, case studies, discussions, and group exercises, you will learn how to effectively project manage using communication protocols and collaboration tools, data management and governance, decision rights and stakeholder management, and business acumen and judgment.
