PROJ_PMI 300-0 Managing Distributed Teams provides practical tools to increase the success of projects being managed in hybrid and global environments. Students will gain a mix of technical skills and interpersonal skills that will equip them to improve collaboration, communication, and decision-making processes.

Registering for multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a mandatory,
integrated step to access Northwestern University systems. Northwestern

This course is intended for individuals with at least five years of experience managing projects.
This course has required live, synchronous sessions, held online via Zoom on Tuesdays from 5:45PM to 8:45PM. Sync session attendance is mandatory unless otherwise stated by the course instructor.
There will be no class on Tuesday, 11/5 due to the U.S. elections.
