SPS Transcripts

Official transcripts bear the university seal and a signature certifying its authenticity. Official transcripts are sensitive documents and their release requires a signature. For information regarding the laws governing the disclosure of student records, please read the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

The SPS Registrar’s Office does not issue official transcripts for noncredit professional development program (PDP) courses. If documentation including a grade is needed, students may submit a request for a grade report. PDP students can find more information about requesting a grade report by visiting the PDP Resources and FAQ page.

Graduate students whose degrees are conferred by the Graduate School (TGS) or McCormick School of Engineering should order transcripts from the University Registrar Office.
