The Master's in Sports Administration (MSA) Student Leadership Council exists to create networking opportunities and to enhance the student experience through professional and social development. With strong leaders, a growing alumni base, and a diverse student body, the board empowers students to become the next generation of sports industry innovators. Student Leadership Council Members
Vinny Costanzo
PRESIDENT
Vinny Costanzo is a graduate student in the MSA program having completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in 2023. Simultaneous to the program, he is currently working as an MILB Tracking Operator for Major League Baseball. In addition, he is the Lead Client/Customer Success Manager with The Athletic Academy. Attending Northwestern’s MSA program was a dream that he held since high school. He is happy to serve on our SLC board, as well as the producer of the MSA’s podcast, Revenue Above Replacement.
Alex Rhodes-Sutliff
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Alex Rhodes-Sutliff completed Northwestern University’s Master in Sports Administration program in December 2024 and has a background in sports marketing, NIL brand partnerships, and client services. He has held roles at Priority Sports & Entertainment, Brand B Sports, and Midtown Educational Foundation, where he supported athlete campaigns, secured sponsorships, and contributed to high-profile coaching hires generating over $1M in commission revenue. Rhodes-Sutliff now works in Business Development at Notified, where he focuses on strategic outreach and sales pipeline generation as he continues to grow his career in sales.
Jordyn Johnson
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Jordyn Johnson is a current student in the MSA program at Northwestern University. As a 2024 graduate of Willamette University with a degree in economics, she was a softball student-athlete and an active member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Executive Board. In addition to her studies, Johnson is the Head JV Softball Coach at Loyola Academy, where she is committed to mentoring and developing young athletes. Johnson is the Director of Marketing for the SLC and looks forward to the future with them.
Jared Levin
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ENGAGEMENT
Jared Levin is a Client Success Manager for Grubhub Campus, managing universities around the country who utilize Grubhub technology to facilitate their student meal plans. He is also preparing to serve as a teaching assistant and adjunct professor within the MSA program beginning in 2026.
Levin graduated from the MSA program in August 2020. During his time in the program, Levin served as both Alumni Advisor and Social Media Manager on the council for over two years. With more than seven years of experience in the sports business industry, he has held impactful roles with 4FRONT, Intersport, and MVPIndex. Levin completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University. Originally from Chicago, he now resides in Denver, Colorado.
Autumn Jackson
ALUMNI LIAISON
Autumn Jackson is currently an Account Executive for the WNBA-Chicago Sky. Her role consists of selling memberships, group tickets, VIP suits, courtside, individual ticket packages to corporate events and booking in-game performances. Prior to working with the Sky, she was a Coach for College/ Family success with non-profit organization UTMOSTU, partnered with the Gary Comer Youth Center.
Jackson graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina and received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in health and well-being; 2nd major in Women’s, Gender, and Sexualities studies. During undergrad, she was manager of the Wake Forest D1 women’s basketball team for three years. Jackson then received her master’s degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University. She has continued to serve as a board member on the Northwestern-Master’s Student Leadership Council since 2020. Jackson is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
