2026 Distinguished Thesis Award Winners for Writing

We're very pleased to share that this year's Distinguished Thesis Award winners are MFA degree recipient Mimi Bhattacharyya for her creative nonfiction manuscript, Persuade Our Feathers Home: Immigrant Narratives of Longing and Belonging, and MA degree recipient Brett Brown for his fiction manuscript, Master of None. Both graduates will be cited for their award at SPS's commencement exercises in June.
