Where is the conference located?

The 2023 conference will take place only online in a virtual format. You will need to have access to Zoom software to participate in the sessions.

Do I have to sign up for all of the online workshops?

No, you can register for one, three, or five individual sessions, or all the workshops offered at the conference. Please see the tuition and registration page to register. 

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

Tuition varies depending on if you register for one, three, or five individual sessions, or all the workshops offered at the conference.  Please see the tuition and registration page for detailed information.

Do you provide any scholarships?

Unfortunately, we do not have any scholarships available at this time.

Is there a cancellation fee/policy?

Yes, there is a processing fee if you decide to cancel prior to the conference start day. After 9:00am on the day of the workshop you're canceling, there will be no refunds. Please see the tuition and registration page for details.

How do I access the workshops?

All workshops will take place online, as Zoom workshops.

If you have not already done so, you'll need to set up a Zoom account, which is free. The first time you log in, schedule, or connect to a Zoom meeting using a computer you will need to download the Zoom desktop application. Downloading and installing the desktop application takes a few minutes so you'll want to do it ahead of time before first using it. Mobile users will need to download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Where are the links to attend the Zoom meetings?

We will email specific Zoom links for Friday's workshops the morning of Friday, July 30. We will email Zoom links for Saturday's workshop the morning of Saturday, July 31.

Will the Zoom workshops be recorded? Can I watch them later instead of attending live?

No, these are live Zoom events. We will not be recording them for later access.
