CHEM 141-0 : Fundamentals of Chemistry Laboratory 1
Description
General Chemistry Lab 1 is a laboratory course in which techniques applied to atomic emission, molecular modeling and structure analysis, and thermochemistry will be employed. Major objectives involve work involving planning, data collection, interpretation, and reporting on experiments. The Chemistry lab is worth .34 units of credit and has a lab fee of $250.
This course must be taken concurrently with CHEM 131.
Prerequisite: CHEM 110 (C- or better)
Visiting Students must get Department permission to take this course without first taking CHEM 110. Permission may require submitting transcripts or taking a placement exam. Details will be given at time of registration, so please register early to allow time for this process. Late registration could result in not receiving approval for the course.
