ELEVATE BLUE ANNOUNCES INAUGURAL SPSC SCHOLARSHIP WINNER
Nov. 2023 – Huuso Bio, an Illinois-based biohazard remediation company, announced Gurnee (IL) Police Department as the winner of the first scholarship awarded through its Elevate Blue program. Gurnee Chief Brian Smith accepted the scholarship for his agency and selected to attend the School of Police Staff & Command.

The five agencies to compete for the scholarship are drawn at random from this pool of registered officers and staff.
