NUCPS Regional Chapters

NUCPS Regional Chapters are your opportunity to network and learn with fellow professionals in your region! Explore new and innovative avenues for continuing professional growth, take advantage of chapter-based seminars and workshops, network, and socialize with course graduates from different agencies and organizations.
We welcome graduates of any and all NUCPS courses to Regional Chapters! Whether you successfully completed the School of Police Staff & Command, other Management & Leadership programs, a Crash & Reconstruction course, Traffic Engineering, Forensic courses, or the NUCPS Police Motorcycle Instructor Program, then you are eligible to join a chapter. In addition to sworn officers, we also encourage retirees and those employed in the private sector to join their local chapter.

Chicagoland Regional Chapter
The Chicagoland Regional Chapter elections are final. Congratulations to the 2025 Board members: Gerard Wodka, President; John Parnizke, VP/Secretary; and, At-Large Board Members Jason Langston, Patrick Siemsen, and Steve Witnik.

St. Louis Chapter
Congratulations to St. Louis Chapter's first board: Chapter President Paul Anderson, Chief, St. John (MO) Police Department; Chapter Vice-President / Secretary Jeff Swatek, Lieutenant, Maryland Heights Police Department; Branden Anderson, Social Media Chair, Sergeant, Wentzville Police Department; Clifford House, Communications Sgt., Maryland Heights Police Department; and, NUCPS Course Liaison Sean Conners, Captain, Kirkwood Police Department.

Pennsylvania & Southern New Jersey

Central Illinois Regional Chapter
If you live / work in Illinois outside of the Chicago and St. Louis metro areas, this may be the chapter for you! Depending on geographic response, a Northern Illinois chapter may also be added at a later date. Be sure to note Illinois Central on your membership application!
Wisconsin Regional Chapter
The Wisconsin Regional Chapter is one of our newest chapters and is growing by the week! Pacific Northwest Regional Chapter

The Southeast Regional Chapter includes fellow course graduates who live and / or work in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. Greater New York Metropolitan Regional Chapter
The Greater New York Metropolitan Regional Chapter is open for membership and for volunteers to help develop this chapter! If you would like to help launch this chapter, please submit your membership form to nucps-alumni@northwestern.edu. If interested, please indicate your interest in a role in your email.

For nearly 90 years, we’ve had the privilege of impacting careers, agencies, and communities through some of the highest quality educational programming available for public safety professionals. Our relevance, effectiveness, continuity, and growth can be greatly attributed to your enthusiastic response, word-of-mouth promotion, and valuable feedback. We are excited to be working directly with many of you to develop NUCPS chapters in areas throughout the U.S.
