Replacement Certificates

Replacement certificates are available for purchase for our management, crash, and police motorcycle courses. To purchase a replacement, please contact Program Coordinator Sandra Mayfield at s-mayfield@northwestern.edu. 

Replacement / Duplicate Certificate Pricing:

  • Crash Investigation & Reconstruction Courses:
    $20 per course for the first certificate
    $5 for each additional copy
  • School of Police Staff & Command:
    $40 for certificates more than 12 months old
    $10 for certificates from SPSC graduations within the last 12 months
  • Executive Management Program:
    $10 per certificate
  • Supervision of Police Personnel:
    $20 per course for the first certificate
    $ for each additional copy
  • NUCPS Police Motorcycle Program courses:
    $20 per course for the first certificate
    $5 for each additional copy
