We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases:

Credit Card – American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.

If you would like to place your order by phone, contact Product Sales at 800-323-4011 during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday Central Time.)
