Student Leadership Council Members
Josh Walfish, President
Josh Walfish is a 2023 graduate of the MSA program after graduating from Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism in 2014. Josh spent nearly a decade as a sports reporter on the Eastern Seaboard covering college sports before returning to Chicagoland in the fall of 2021 to begin the MSA program. He is currently the Sports Information Director at Roosevelt University in Chicago and is proud to serve as President.
Jen Hall, General Council Chair and Alumni Liaison
Jen Hall is the Manager, Season Ticket Service at the Chicago Bulls. She is going into her 8th season with her hometown team, the Chicago Bulls. In her role she oversees three Account Executives and two Season Ticket Service Associates on the Season Ticket Service Team. In addition to overseeing the Season Ticket Service Team she also manages our longest tenured Season Ticket accounts and a book of business worth over $13.6 million. When Jen joined the Bulls in 2016, she began in the Inside Sales program and once that concluded she was hired on as one of the first two Account Executives of Season Ticket Service. She has helped build the Season Ticket Service team since its inception.
Prior to joining the Bulls, Jen worked for the Indiana Pacers, Big Ten Network and Arlington International Racecourse. Jen received a B.S. in Sport Marketing and Management from Indiana University with minors in Business and Marketing through the Kelley School of Business. She received a M.A. in Sports Administration from Northwestern University.
Brice Clinton, Alumni + Faculty Advisor
Brice Clinton is the Director of Solutions Engineering for CSG, a global interactive media company. He is responsible for international business development, technical evangelism, and translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes. In addition, Clinton serves as the primary media liaison through writing and speaking. Since joining CSG International he has been responsible for client engagements across media, sports, and retail in North American, Europe, Asia, India, and Australia. Clinton received a bachelor of the arts in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University.
